...That depends on who you chose to win your bracket, because that's what it's showing (look at the URL). There should be a link at the top of the page for the official bracket.

Then it's another users bracket. As was said, some of the devs are in red (they were choices to win that didn't I believe), and the URL is off for it to be the official bracket. It should be:
