I was flipping through an old issue of EGM (Issue 194 from August 2005) and noticed a caption to a picture: "Shooting zombies? In a video game? What will they think of next?" It struck me as funny, because people complain about how many zombies there are in games all the time now.

What other strange trends like that haven't changed? And how do you feel about them?
