Pretty much sums up my regenerator experiences

Although personally I hate the knife-and-stunstick wielding goons from Batman:AA. I mean they weren't too hard to take down but annoyed the hell out of me and kept making me break my combos

=/

That flying angry sun that swoops down and body slams you in the second world of Mario Bros. 3. When I was a kid I could never seem to get past that thing.

Feral Ghoul Reavers

'Hey Todd, some players are finding the game too easy at high levels, shall we make a new ghoul with some really cool, challenging AI?'

'Screw that, let's just give him 6000 hit points and some cheap attacks.'

'Awesome idea! Now about those radscorpions...'

Sprint through the whole level, it's the easiest way.

The last boss of Mushihimesama Futari is by far the most annoying.

How someone can actually play this is beyond me.

I win.

Jackal snipers in Halo 2 on higher difficulties, especially Legendary where they almost always get headshots but even a shot in the wrist can kill you. Also anything that's invisible (and effectively invisible, unlike say the invisible demons in the first two Doom games) and stays that way no matter what. I've only ever seen enemies like that in StarTropics 2 and fortunately they didn't take much damage to kill.

I may have blocked out fire keese. Nasty little things.

Gravity. That bugger always bites you in the ass when you least expect it, and you can't kill it... only delay it.
I hear you can kill it with the fabled Stone of sv_cheats.

Super mutant overlords in Fallout 3...
C'mon! Am I the only one to play it on very hard?

Poison Dark Elf Snipers in Too Human. They NEVER mess, they do A LOT of damage. And if they hit you (which they inevitably will) you're poisoned, which does an insane amount of damage over a short time.

How about team killers? They're not only annoying but detrimental to your campaign and usually 11 years old.

Post what you think are the most annoying game enemies/enemy. Mine is little spider creatures in general. Little enemies that take about 1 or two hits but come in huge swarms, they only seem to annoy people and aren't even hard to kill.
The female Chimeran's in resistance: Retribution (can't remember their name) Howlers, Harpies, Nesters? I forget...

Mirelurks from Fallout 3 are very annoying, mainly because their vulnerable face is very small and hard to hit
Especially when you're using a melee weapon...

Annoying, advantage-based enemies, and tank enemies that you could drop a house on and they wouldn't even notice.

The spider things from Dead Space. They were annoying. They would crawl all over you if you didn't see them coming.

Those invisible 1-hit-kill Things from Resistance 2

Not cool, not fun, just there to piss me off
And they're faster then you, can attack in groups, and generally don't give any indication as to which direction they're coming from.
