The Continuum Transfunctioner from "Dude Where's My Car?"
is a device so powerful that its power is only exceeded by its mystery. It looks like a Rubik cube natch.

Then it's also about the most unrealistic and ridiculous object in history. Whoever made that anime had no idea of basic physics.
That show contains nothing but pure gar, which has been proven to destroy even the most basic laws of physics.

Yes, he is standing on the ENTIRE GALAXY!
I think this wins, galaxies were used as Frisbees in that fight. Who else has the shear power to block a galaxy Frisbee.

We have all been there. You go through comics, encyclopedias, games (video or otherwise) and you come across something that is not just powerful. It is power and destruction personified. From the might of a sword plunged into a rock to the devastating blow that a simple notebook can provoke to someone very life, fictional power elements, artifacts and techniques are the reason some of us got into fiction in the first place.

So, what's your favorite? No strings. You can pick anything you want.
Most destructive fictional force? Easy:

He is the one thing that would make Vader crap his pants.

The most powerful force in the universe is the undeniable will of the immortal, almighty God Emperor of Man. Bow before his might, heretic, that you may accept his mercy streaming from our blessed bolters and holy chainswords. The endless legions of his hammer shall smash the xeno unto oblivion; smite it with lasrifle and grind it under tank-tread, and at it's head shall ride the Adeptus Astartes, his Angels of Death, every one a warrior bred to slay the enemies of man. Lo, even the foe within, the mutant, the foe without, the xeno, and the foe beyond, the witch, falter and fall in the sight of his Holy Inquisition. Imperator Honourius, Imperium Immortallis.

Deus Ex Machina from my own work.

It's a spell that pretty much creates an entire separate reality around the target/targets and then destroys it, with said target(s) inside.

It's unblockable, uncounterable, and the pinnacle of the Arcane Arts.

It may end the universe as we know it.

It may turn you into a bunny.

Dare you unleash its fury?
I always wondered what would happen if you set it off in a crowded house of mirrors. Just as an aside.

As for the universe's most dangerous object, I'm going to cast my vote for Devil May Cry's Yamato. Those of us who played 3 will remember that Vergil almost always used it while it was still sheated; and those of us who played 4 will remember that on one of the two occasions Dante used it naked, it was powerful enough to cut a hole in the universe itself. Just imagine what would happen if it was used for more than six consecutive seconds.

I want to say something from 40K, but nothing I can think of comes close to some of the things already mentioned.

So I'm gona have to go with the Reality Bomb. Doesn't just destroy the universe, but also EVERY OTHER UNIVERSE, TIME AND ALL THE BITS IN BETWEEN!!

All of creation, gone.
From 40k the necron gods called C'tan or something like that. The nightbringer. He is immortal and feeds offa stars. So hes like the suncrusher exept sentient

Ya know, Iv'e been watching Red vs Blue, and I would say that I would want enough money to hire Tex. Seriousle, she took you Grif, Simmons, Sarge, and Tucker using an unloaded weapon ONCE!

If I can't do that, then I would need to go with Zanpakotou, with my Bankai unlocked. That would be AWESOME!

The Solar Probes Soren used in Star Trek Generations. Blowing up solar systems is fun.

His Pencil of Doom beats all!!!!

Seriously though, the C'tan god from WH40K. A sentient star-eating god that is immortal.

Probably Blackbeard's devil fruit, he can pretty much summon black holes and create earthquakes. How badass is that?
