I'm pretty fond of the various Neverwinter Nights themes myself, usually it's the same song changed slightly for each expansion and iteration so you can still hear the distinctive 'Neverwinter' notes in the background, love it when composers do that since it becomes a sort of audio signature for the series. Fun to listen to and quite distinctive, great epic fantasy stuff!
