As you know, yahtzee said the Sims 3 is the most evil game in the world. I can't help but disagree with him. I HAVE played more evil. But what do YOU think is the most evil? I'll start it off with Super Mario Sunshine

WoWcraft. A bad game that has like 10 million people paying to continue playing so they can keep in contact with friends who are also playing who are supporting gold farming sweatshops that allow people to play for a living.

I'll attempt to call an in before WoW bashing but I'm probably already too late.

I'd say Solitaire as it prevents so many office workers from doing their jobs.

Shaq Fu. It's basically the video game equivalent of the one ring, only instead of giving you the power of invisibility whilst filling you with dark lust, IT'S NOT A GOOD GAME!

Not just WOW, in fact you can use that to describe any MMORPG.

Rape Lay, ethnic cleansing, ect.

Although WOW's artificial addictive nature also deserves a mention.

Ghosts and Goblins.

Not because it was a bad game, but I think you have to sacrifice a goat to it so it will allow you to beat it.

Damn Demonic Game.

I would have said World of Warcraft but Ultima Online was far far worse. Not only was that game a horrible HORRIBLE grindfest but the expansions were whole new games you had to start over with. I could go on for hours why that game is so abominably evil it would put Skele-Hitler to shame but it would seem a tad redundant.

Evil Genius for genuine evil.

Most Evil-Difficult would have to be Battletoads.

Not just WoW, but any MMO that has you pay to play it. Why the hell do they feel the need to charge people to play the game? Blizzard doesn't charge for the use of Battle.net, so why do these MMO's have to charge money for to play them? Oh I know, because their developers are greedy exploitative pricks.

It takes roughly $1,000,000 dollars just to LAUNCH a multinational MMO with good servers. On top of that, you have to pay for your support, GMs, advertising, serverspace, etc. Sure, you could conjure up an MMO in your basement and distribute it for free, but name one MMO that was all of the following: 1) stable 2) fun 3) was actually free?

If you can meet all these requirements, then your game isn't the average bear. Many free (and even browser) games start out free, but you have to pay to unlock "Episode 2" or you have to pay for some kind of points you can trade in for good gear. So who's the greedy ones? The people who distribute the game and have good moderation, stable servers, and continuously updating content? Or is it the people who bait-and-switch you into coughing up cash for items?

Blizzard may be run by a group of pretentious man-children who have mastered the art of exploiting loopholes in copyright laws, but at least they're fair.

Guilds Wars? Apart from the expansions, that's free to play and from my time on it, it's just as fun as WoW.
