The most useless thing you've ever bought

I recently attained a $50 gift card to Amazon, so I decided to get Mogworld (Yahtzee's book), Chronicle, and Alex Clare's CD (haven't heard of him? fix that).

After all that, it seemed that I had about $10 left. Rather than buy anything meaningful or intelligent, I decided to buy an extremely useless item. Behold my money pit:

After this epic waste of coin, I became curious as to what relatively frivolous and useless items my fellow escapists have bought. Shoot away everybody.

I had $2 left on my PSN account and I opted to blow it on Piyotama, I've maybe played it 15 minutes. I regret getting it instead of a dynamic wallpaper every time I see it.

I bought Tabula Rasa when I was still a neophyte pc gamer, intending to try all this mmo stuff people kept banging on about but didn't wanna play wow as I prefer scifi to fantasy. Box looked nice and came with some cool extras too.

But by the time I had actually gotten around to opening the package and was intended on playing the game, tabula rasa had already flopped and been terminated xD

I hold on to faint hopes this will turn out to be a collectors item or be worth $, but until then it's been the most useless thing I ever bought. Can't even use it as a toaster for fear that the marks left will reduce its value in a future time.

I spend like £10 (or was it £15?) on a black version of a mobile phone cover for my phone. When I put it on it just look cheap and ugly (I thought it will look cooler in my mind) and I never put it on again after that. Stupid impluse buy.
