Plainly as said. I like the DS quite a lot for what it's worth, but I usually only find that a few select games shine over the pile with Nintendo.
I recently got Chinatown Wars and I think it's great. What games do you feel to be the top of the range on the DS?

EDIT: Thank you. There was that one guy, but it's good to know that people were a bit more considerate of the situation this time.

Anyway, I loved Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney and Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

I've also heard a lot of praise for Professor Layton and the curious village, so I might give that a go sometime.

A bit of an explanation would be nice.
Wait more than two minutes before jumping down their throat please.

Yeah, sorry. It's early in the morning, and I thought you were just another new guy who was too lazy to add words to your post....

The new Yoshi game wasn't too bad, it was pretty hard in places as well which is always a bonus in my book.

Chinatown Wars, Chinatown Wars, oh my god CHINATOWN WARS!!!!

Oh wait, you've got that already. Cool.

Then maybe... New Super Mario Bros, Mario Kart - both gave me many hours of entertainment and still do.

That new FPS called C.O.R.E looks pretty cool, out this month I think. We'll have to wait and see...

I only have a couple games, but I like games that make good use of the DS's DS features.. Phantom Hourglass is the best game I've played in that respect. I also LOVED Elite Beat Agents, and it's japanese version.

FFTA2 doesn't seem particularly good as far as using the DS's features is concerned, and the other Final Fantasy Remakes (3 and 4) are really bottom of the barrel in that respect.. they could have been on any other system and been exactly the same.

I would recommend playing any of those, but the latter ones just don't utilize the DS's touchscreen or other features properly if at all.
