I find this test to be very flawed.
It deems you a narcissist, even if you are actually a leader of organizations that require you to distribute responsibility and rely on others as your job. Of course if you are actually in charge and have responsibility to designate tasks and rely on people to do them, you can also be a very independent individual, at the same time, if you wish to accomplish anything on a large scale, you would have to delegate responsibility. I have been in a leadership position with every job I have ever had, however, that in no way means I am " stuck on myself" by any means. Questions such as " people tend to accept your authority" for example, of course they do when you are the one that is supposed to oversee the project. Nothing would ever get done if someone wasn't in charge.
