The (New?) Forums

I noticed recently, a seeming addition of different kinds of forums, ie religious political views. 2 questions, 1, are these new, and, 2, what do you guys think of them? (the (new?)forums, in general)
btw, i looked in searchbar for forum, new forum, and added forums. nothin came up, so i think im in the clear.

Job board is the one that surprised me.

Religious/Political has been up for a little while and I'm glad they got their own forum. I was sick of seeing threads about the same infuriating bullshit.

Wow. I never knew quite how serious that feud between the two sites was.

Although I will have to disagree with you about users spamming the board. It seems to be happening a little at the moment, true, but I really don't think that's going to continue, at least among users that plan on staying here. The guidelines [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/530.173331-The-Escapist-Job-Board] for that board seem really tight, and people will either learn very quickly, or wont be staying around for long.

The Religion and Politics forum was an excellent idea. It keeps the Off-Topic boards more...well...off-topic.

The Job Posting board seems to me to be a little bizarre. I never really saw that much of a need for one or did I know there was much of a demand for one. On top of all that, it just seems to be one of the most random subjects you could come up with. I see how it could be useful, but it's just a little too much out of left field.
