Not sure I give that much a shit about Bieber to be honest. Call me a snooty hipster for trying to be different, but I think it is kind of tedious how everyone keeps getting themselves worked up over the sight of a fairly bog standard (that is to say, untalented and insipid) child singer. Some things are just fashionable to declare an enduring hated of - like comic sans or greengrocer's apostrophe's.
Little known fact: If you complain enough about a preticular ad/ad compaign. The Escapist will eventually take it down.
I remember back when that one Kinect horror game came out, there were ads with skantly-plad zombie nurses on either side of the screen. I started a thread about how gross it was and it was changed in about an hour.
I just chaulked this one up as the Escapist ad department accidentally press the big red button.

This reminds me of the slim jim dare sticks ads that ran on EVERY video for about 3 months. THose were the most annoying things ever. But when I stare into justin Bieber's eyes, they, they look so lifeless, like he's a mannequin.
It's because the Escapist operates like most video game publishers. IE with complete disregard for their audience.

I don't necessarily hate him. Like I said it's mostly the garrish green border that hurts my eyes. But also...whoever approved that ad for this site knows jack all about 'market research' and 'target demographics'. Because this isn't the target demographic for that ad.
