The New Superdrunk Law

Here in the lovely state of Michigan there is a new law where anyone who is over twice the legal BAC limit will suffer harsher punishments for "super drunk driving".

Anyone else think that is the stupidest name for a law? It sounds like a super hero to me, even if I try to say it in a serious conversation I still crack a smile just at how funny it sounds. Which is not good seeing as how my brother just got arrested for being super drunk.

Oh and if anyone feels like drawing a Superdrunk the superhero I will give you a cookie.

Sounds like Michigan is run by 3-yr-olds. Can you imagine how the conversation for naming that law must've sounded like?

OT: It's a good idea, but not the best name. It should be something that embarrasses the drunk driver more, like "Stupidly Drunk," or... I don't know, I'm not feeling entirely creative right now.

The name is not that bad. It tells you that if your even more stupid then regular DUI then you will get a SDUI. It make good sense.
