Hmm, to start (and I have been thinking), I would get an Entai Trapper Hat

Spoiler: Like this, but it'd look more awesome. Actually, I would probably get a full fur one, like the Russian ones.

And a Entai cowl (I believe that is what they are called anyway) to match, so I have its epic facial hair/fur to keep my face warm.
Also, an Entai hoodie. That'd be nice.

I would get some Mareep fur to get wool to make my underwear, socks, and maybe a jumper or two. Oh, and blankets.

Get some Wurmple silk to make my shirts (silk shirts; Fancy, I know. Never wear them normally, but I couldn't think of other materials available), ties, and (fancy) underwear.

As much as I love Typhlosion, I would get a Typhlosion jacket. Jet black, warm, durable, and the possibility of a flaming collar; What's not to love?

For trousers, hmm.... I'll just stick with normal world jeans for now, until I think of something better.

Leather shoes from a Taurus.

And that's my normal clothing. I'd also get an Aggron or Groundon plate armour, just for the hell of it.

A lil, buts its fine because your senarios are beliveable lol, also uhhh flying pokemon work good againts rivers where my employees rain lightning down on the river, droping the ground types after the waters are disposed of, we then bring our waters through the river behind the grounds where we use our p'balls to bring out...Grass and fire types the then fly around as distraction to bring fire from the ground attacking when the enime stops looking, the ground types dispose of the electric and the water dispose of the ground, the grass build a primiter for when zapados appears. as he flies out each uses a varitiy of razor leaf and solar beam, now severly weakend the ground types move in to finish him.....if i cant have him nobody will. the remaining forces finish the weakend bird in to wat we all thought wasnt possible in pokemon.....zapados dies....

well thanks for answering that question, clearly i am in no way getting too into this (not in comparison anyway...). youve clearly forgotten your initial objecive, while you were executing your failsafe master plan to capture or kill zapdos, all the pikachu escaped through a secret tunnel dug by diglet and sandshrew and are now in a top secret location shrouded in an electromagnetic wave dampening field to eliminate the chances of detection
