What do you guys think of the Update or should i say Downgrade.

You can turn off the 'XXXXXX liked YYYYYY' notifications at the top of the page.

However, I won't be happy until they do something about the comments. Having to click through 20 pages of comments to work out the context of someone's post is not a good design.

To be honest, I hadn't even noticed it. I go to YT to look for something specific, which I punch into the search bar and watch.

And my channel playlist/favorites list is the same as it ever was.

Hey, maybe you could start a facebook group? "If we get 100,000 members YouTube will have to change it's layout back!". That always works great for people when FB changes it's layout.

I don't really get the EPIC RAGE thing either. It's a minor annoyance, sure, but not to the point of getting angry.

Youtube have been eroding the ease of use of their site ever since I signed up.

I'm not surprised at all anymore, as long as they don't change search functionality or anything.

I'm used to it being a ridiculous mess.

It is dreadful.

The last one, all my most recent subscription videos appeared in the same box, and that worked fine.

Now they're spread out all over the front page with no fucking logic to them at all.

They seem to be trying to fix things that aren't broken, yet their search bar still doesn't work as well as it should.

I agree with this, Trying to watch and anime (In my case) and being told it's not avalible? Why? Why i tell you?

Same here, never used the Homepage anyway. I search for what I want and my playlists remain the same. I'm fine with it.

Yeah, I am annoyed about the new layout as well, even though I am not really suprised. They seem to change things for no reason everytime I go onto the site. My main grievance is when someone gives me a message. Beforehand I could see how many messages I had, but when they changed the layout, I had to search for anything that could give a clue as to where messages were. Turned out it was the number next to my username >.> but thats just me not paying attention I guess.
