I'd like to see balance in the multiplayer. Seriously, if i must kill 50 people with a bolter to unlock the ammo that makes it viable then make the weapon viable in the first place and don't match me against players who have insane perks i can't compete with.
Just a thought.
Oh come on, I'm level 31, almost always a positive scorer, and I still get wiped out by level 4 guys with standard bolters. You're playing as an island and probably wondering why you're dead. Besides which, you can copy classes from any other level player and keep it until your next death. You don't even need to level up.
There needs to be an epic and involved survival mode. 4 players, each a class of their choosing. Apothecary, Librarian, Tech Marine, Chaplain etc. Build defenses, fight, purchase schlepp Imperial Guard and prepare to swim in Tyranids/Orks/douchebags.
Also, co-op missions would be perfect. Seperate from the story preferably. Let us storm a Space Hulk, or crush a traitor armor division in some epic urban battle. What can't you do with the 40k universe?
Seriously, where are my fucking vehicles?
Anyhow, the game has flaws. The single player healing system is dumb. They needed more maps and game modes for multiplayer. I was unsure of what to expect from Relic who typically does PC strategy titles, but this is one of the coolest 40k games ever. Definately a giant leap in the right direction.
