KINGDOM HEARTS 1 + 2 :

I wonder If either Sora, Kairi or Riku, had parents, and if he did, did he in fact care for them?
Seeing as he goes through 2 games just to find his friends yet through the whole time he doesn't mention a word about his mother, father, or the person that took car of him till that age. I know in anime, manga and JRPG's that the element of friendship is (for some reason) a bond that is so strong that it oversomes anything. (That includes enemies, and your connections to your family.) :S

I get the whole theme but it still bothers me that they skim over those kinds of things. It sort of feels like a weird plot-hole.

Actually he does have someone to cook dinner for him that is not Kairi/Riku and we can assume it's not Tidus/Wakka/Selphie due to the voice. There's a cutscene in KH1 right before the heartless invade that you can hear a female calling Sora down for dinner. Who this woman is and what her relationship is to Sora is never explained/developed/explored etc.



Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2:
1) Why can't you see the mainland from "The Island" but you can clearly see "The Island" from the mainland? (Mostly KH2). There's several cutscenes in the beginning of KH2 that make it appear that the island where they all play (and Destiny Islands is in KH1 and KH:CoM) is less than 500 feet away... and yet when on the island you can't see any sort of land... no distance what so ever. Has bothered me ever since the trailer came out showing this particular thing @.@
2) How fast is that gummi ship going!? If other worlds can't notice each other, they obviously can't be very close... (stars are like billion and billion light years away right?) and yet Sora and the gang arrive within a minute! X.x Don't even get me started on BbS.


Silent Hill/Other horror games:
"Lock is broken so I can't go in" erm.... Lock is broken...so you can't get in? Like even with your "beam saber" Heather? Really? James, you have a CHAINSAW! I think you can handle a door knob...


Final Fantasies:
You can raid peoples houses for items/money(gil)/equipment.... and they offer you a box of cookies to go with it instead of kick you to the curb or call the authorities if there are any.

I've wondered about the Little Lamplight kids as well. But I figure that, in a game that outright forbids infanticide, they're probably not going to (canonically) be breeding them.

I've always assumed the wanderers and traders know about little lamplight and they go and give thier kids to them to keep them safe. Just a thought. Takes disarming a bomb to be able to live in Megaton after all. lol

I think that the moogles and chocabos are GODS. The both of them travel through time and dimensions to aid their "prophets" aka main characters, to prevent certain evils from gaining a power that would tear the fabric of reality! Thus, stabilizing the many universes they traverse. Oh, and their "Christ" is actually named Cid. I stand by its feasibility.

LOL So true about the Final Fantasy "house raiding" and Silent Hill "weakness againest doors". I remember yelling at James like that too .

Oh, and yeah, I know there's a woman who yells out for Sora, though there is NO explaination as to who she is. Which makes the situation even more convoluted, knowing that Sora in fact DOES have someone looking after him. (Apparetly Sora does have a mother and father. Its mentioned in "Chain Of Memories") I feel like saying, "well don't you freaking miss them?".

In Rayman, what was the entire point of Rayman tranversing the world and saving the Electoons eventhough he never fought Mr Dark himself, and what did he actually gain out of it?

Where the hell has he gone? its been about 3 main series games and all we had is a flock of Robot Pirates and uhh...never played Rayman 3.

Hopefully Rayman Origins shows more of Mr Dark, otherwise MD is secretly plotting revenge and what other shenannigans he's upto.

In Oblivion (and many, many other games), after I bust into a dungeon/bandit hideout/thieve's den/pirate's lair/whatever, take absolutely everything inside, and kill each and every one of them, why do they constantly return to not only repopulate it, but stand in the same spots and put various other valuables in the same exact places as before, then act surprised when I do it again?

Also, I can run across the countryside in full armor, swing a massive sword through countless waves of enemies, carry a bazillion weapons and OTHER suits of armor not to mention potions, scrolls, and whatever other miscellaneous crap I've picked up, leap over walls and fences, lead the Fighter's, Mage's, and Thieve's guilds as well as the Dark Brotherhood, but I still can't stay underwater for more than twenty seconds?

One word. Magic.

Might be an average temp thing like during certain cycles of the year it's much colder/warmer, or on certain altitudes or areas of the planet its much colder/warmer, but they're less accessible or something. Maybe it's less stable (ground shifting due to thawing and refreezing) to build in some areas and instead they build in the colder parts because they can drill into the perma-frost.
