Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops

Im trying to rescue snake, and I need the location of the guard house
I sent spies out, they told me to go to rail bridge
I went, got out jonathon, and started out camo, but then i realized that 2 different people were outside, on the other side of the bridge

If the one on the left isnt in the window, then the one on the right is looking out the door
I cant get past it! Its makin me mad, and I want snake back

I can't beat Stranglehold on hardboiled mode but I don't think anyone can help me there. I'm too far gone.
