This is where I changed a few things in system.xml to override a recent patch that apparently nerfs texture detail and several lod settings, both close and distant.

Default was .00000
Although I’ve read that just entering the settings menu in-game will revert some things back to default even when checked read-only, but I’ve yet to verify what exactly that might’ve affected here. I’m on a lowly GTX1070 but getting mid fifties fps average, overall a wide mix of Ultra to Medium settings in general
