I never cancelled my sub since early access despite not playing in 18 months or so, so I'll be getting these toys from the sounds of it. Funnily enough, I logged in and played it just last night for the first time since stopping early-mid 2012. After taking some time to be overwhelmed by "WTF is all this shit in my inventory?" and "Where are my powers gone (and WTF do they do again)?", I rolled a new Jedi Consular to level alongside my friend's fatty Jedi Guardian. Can't beat a heal/tank player duo.
I'm actually quite looking forward to having another go, with whatever the changes to the game have been since F2P. The stories, VAing and setting were always good, and the unique twists (such as competing in conversations) are fun. It'll be interesting to see the game from the Republic PoV also. I'm also one of the minority who enjoyed the space battles, samey and repetitive though they could get.
