This game has no shortage of stories and outcomes. It's also fun to flirt with everything you can.
Hey do you know if there are consequences if you are a Jedi flirting with everything? I should have tried it when I was in the beta but now its too late for that.
It is my understanding that for Jedi, seeking romances is a Dark Side option. This is because Jedi are forbidden romances. Now, I can't speak about romances with other NPCs, but there are generally a few of your companions that you can romance. I hear that if you romance two of them, they will eventually confront you and force you to choose between them. And on a recent planet, I met with a Sith Lord who was the new governor of the planet and flirted with her every chance I got until it ended about where you expect. There were some bonus missions after completing my story missions I did, and before I left the planet she kissed me on the cheek to say good bye. Was this because I flirted with her the whole time, or just because I flirted with her in that conversation, I don't know. Still fun.
It's worth noting that your companions pay attention to what you say in dialog. Even the "minor" things you say while talking to NPCs will affect your companions affection with you. Each one has their own likes and dislikes. For example, I currently have two companions on my Sith Warrior. One generally likes Light Side options, treasure and getting paid, anti-authority behavior, and protecting the weak, while disliking bullying, killing innocents, and suck ups. The other likes patriotism towards the Empire, rewarding hard work, and honor, while disliking irrational behavior, betrayal, and selfishness. Each one is unique in that way, and you would be wise to read their codex entries if you want to take advantage of dialog or at least understand why they like and dislike certain actions.

Hey, a quick question - how does skipping conversations work in a group? Say I'm doing a Flashpoint (or whatever they're called) for the first time, while the other members of my party have done it before. I want to see the conversations and the story, they just want to skip forward to the loot (which I might decide to do myself in subsequent runs). How is this handled? Is it a vote? Do I get to watch the cutscenes while they wait for me to finish? Are they unskippable? I don't have the game, I was just wondering.
Pressing Space Bar skips whole lines of dialog and even cut-scenes. You'll still have to wait until the others catch up.
