Try to think of it another way or from an angle you wouldn't have thought of at the face value of the question. Like "a world without the standard of perfection".

Put some real thought into that one, you'll come up with some interesting results.

The problem with a perfect world is we'll still all have to live in it together and no single world is going to fit everyone's unique desires.
You could try to make everyone the same, but that would itself be a huge detriment to the world. So I think we'll all have to accept a good enough world.

I would say Evangelion got it right when it comes to a perfect world with the Human Instrumentality Project.
A world with humans and indiviuals mean rejection and hurt, so if there were no humans, or the humans existed as one complete entity, it would be a much happier and safer place.

A world where I am king. A world in which I have Milla Jovovich (Scarlett Johansonn, Keira Knightly, Natalie Portman and Jewel Staite(But mostly Milla Jovovich)) as my queen(s). A world with less starvation and poverty, still war though. A world where you are treated equally regardless of race, sex or furriness. But most of all, a world where I can do bad things to Milla Jovovich...
