"Ok well we saw some brown stuff, some blue stuff, some purple stuff, and some green stuff." CJ said half jokingly."I think we're just gonna have to take our chances with something." he said to Sam. During all of this, CJ couldnt help feel that he was needed to do something.
"I'd like to try the green stuff," She indicated to her shirt, "I like green."
She noticed a strange look on his face, "What's wrong?"
While waitning for a responce, she started eading back to the green stuff.
"Oh uh nothing but I just realized that we havent seen Rai in awhile, I think that we should probably go find him real quick." CJ replied after eating some green stuff. "Hmm..this is actually pretty good, cant quite put a finger on the taste but this is delicious."
"So what youre saying that everything taste like chicken or was that a crack at my skin color....Im kidding but it does kinda taste like chicken." CJ said jokingly. He and Sam went back to their rooms to look for Rai after finishing their green stuff.
Sam laughed, "It was just a joke." She said. She held onto his arm as they looked for Rai.
"I went back to get my notepad last night..." She said, "And I filled it in with every detail. So if anyone finds it, they'll know that you confessed to me like a school child..." She laughed.
Early in the morning, Garth awoke with anger, dreaming of the previous night, when he had confronted Morgan, again... He had gotten yelled at by the commander during the trip back to Jal'son. For the new ship they had just created a week ago, getting to parts of the worlds took mere hours, giving them a huge advantage over neighboring countries and enemies. His team had been training for weeks but didn't get deployed often, so anytime a mission was cut short, it made Garth angry.
The team' El'gro, named after the great warrior of the past who had led the great revolution leading up to the Grazel creation. An event some would say is more evil then great. Though El'gro didn't wish for the creation of Grazel but it had happened without his consent, soon things were out of his control and the world was once more in turmoil. Garth admires El'gro, almost as an idol, despite El'gro not wishing for Grazel, Garth believes it is his duty to protect it as if serving El'gro.
Before being part of the team, Garth was a normal civilian, but once an air raid happened over the costal city of Umel, killing his family and friends he vowed revenge. Not a very original history but it was one that led him to join Grazel. After obtaining Entrina and becoming a master over the course of ten years, he became one of the top rank soldiers thus joining El'gro.
His team, to this day is a mystery to him, despite working together for two years now, they never talked about their past of anything. To him this almost made being part of the team depressing, nothing to connect with his team, making work sometimes that much harder. Morgan was one of many rebels, Grath has a grudge against, they had been together in the Grazel military, even part of the El'gro team with him. Though it had been all a lie, Morgan had been discovered after years to be a spy, after gaining Graths trust and everyone elses.
Once he was up and about, he got into his armor, but before he left he heard a beep at his desk. He was being called on the room's turminal so he walked over to it and touched the open button. It was the commander, Irel, and he wasn't to happy, not suprising thought Grath.
"What is Irel? I was just heading out."
"Late waking up again, are we? One more thing you have done to make me angry."
"What ever Irel, just get to the reason you called."
"Your team is being assigned a new mission, out in the Opela Islands off the coast of Old Vex."
Another mission, already thought Garth, this would make him happy "What is the mission exactly?"
"Well, seems Hymperia forces have been moving from one island to the next, soon they will make it to Old Vex and then will most likely attempt an attack on New Vex's border. We need you to stop the advancement at all costs."
"Alright, my team will get ready ASAP."
"Your team will be taking the new stealth ship, Tel'sal, so you can get a suprise attack. It is currently is at dock eight, the rest of the team has been informed already so now they only wait on you."
"You informed my team, before informing me, their leader?"
"Well they had been awake hours before you had, so it only seemed natural to tell them."
Grath sighed "Alright, what ever, I will get ready and meet the team."
The turminal shut down and the com channel closed, he up and left the room in a rush and went over the armory. In the armory he got ready with an assortment of weapons, in case for anything. Rarely he would use guns, as he is mainly an Entrina user but in some rare cases he used a gun. At the dock, his team sat ready and angry at their late leader, though Garth ignored their snarky remarkes and the ship left. As the ship moved, Garth stood up and spoke "Lets kill some Hymperia soldiers."
"Hell yeah" the teammates said in unison.
This was just to flesh out the character more, and show other events in different places
"Yeah lets try and keep that last part our little secret. If someone asks just use some other cliche romance idea."But wasnt Gregory there if he wanted to he could tell everyone.CJ sighed a little. "But regardless if someone finds it or not my feelings for you will never change." They both continued back to their rooms in the search for Rai.
Sam laughed, "Don't worry I won't tell anyone. I don't let anyone see the notebook anyway."
She continued to search the area around her room for Rai. Where could he be?
She wandered around for a while, before spotting him. She walked up to him and smiled.
"Hi. I think CJ wants to speak to you."
"Ah, does he? I needed to speak with him aswell. I need to ask him if he want's to help with transporting the rest of the humans here from the Bunker homes to a mountion city."
Morgan walked in as Halley was still inspecting every nano-movement of her body. "Halley, I need to ask you abou-"
"About the relocation" Halley interjected.
Morgan was puzzled. "Ah, you heard that, but how?"
"My diagnostics show that your technicians have optimized a few of my passive functions. I am...obsolete" Halley said with a slight hesitation.
Morgan stood closer the her, "Not of importance. I've seen you fight and you're good. You are fearless and decisive, two key aspects of every great warrior. I have been given the debrief on your status from our technicians, and I need to talk to you about it, but it can wait. Will you help us with the move?"
Halley stopped her diagnostics and stood. She began to dress herself in some clothes they had set aside from her, similar in style to their own. As she finished, she gave Morgan his answer. "I will not be of much use, but I am not permitted to deny those that request my help. I will help."
"Good" said Morgan. "I hope we do not require your skills, but it is an honor to have an ally such as yourself with us. We will be meeting near the guest rooms in less than two hours. Be ready." With that said, Morgan walked out of the room leaving Halley to prepare.
CJ walked around the building looking for both Sam and Rai.Great first you cant find Rai and now you cant even find your own girlfriend He went back to his room in hopes that maybe Sam was back but didnt find her. He then went to Rai's room to see if he was there but still nothing. "Where the hell is everybody?" He whispered.
As Rai explained, Sam walked back with him. She caught Rai, looking in the rooms.
"Hey. Umm...Rai wants to know if you'll help escort the group to a new city that we're moving too."
She moved next to him and wrapped her arms around him.
"If it means you'll get hurt, please don't."
Rai walked over to the two of them "Yeah, basicaly, we need to escort the trucks full of people to a city in the mountions with enough space for them and much safer. Do you want to come, you possibly might get hurt."
"Because that would make much more sense. Sam, I understand what happened in the past but Im pretty tough and Im even tougher with you around me. I mean look at how we survived that ambush, we can do anything after that and so I think that we should help out."
I actually took a sec from Fallout just to post. That is real dedication.
Sam looked at CJ very unhappily. She sighed, "Ok CJ. But if you do get hurt, then you have to promise that you'll never do anything like that again." She smiled suddenly and let go of CJ, "Rai is there any way I can help? Like load any supplies or something like that? Please..."
She looked up at CJ, "What do you think?"
