The reason I want a Ditto zone is because once you have been online at the same time, the pokemon you catch have 2 31 IVs, which makes them really good for breeding.

Just one correction. The pokemon have at least 2 perfect IV's. I got a Togepi with 3 (Sp Atk, Sp Def, and Speed)
