The Potato Sack

So I just bought the Potato Sack off of Steam. I already owned Super Meat Boy and A Reckless Disreguard For Gravity, so I planned to buy the pack and gift those to my friend. Only problem is I don't know how. Is there a way to gift these, or did I just waste $12?

Right at the top hit the games tab, go down and click on manage gifts and guest passes.
