Now, don't get me wrong, I love Unskippable...when I haven't seen the cutscene in question. What's been happening more and more lately is that, instead of being entertained, I find myself getting increasingly irritated.

The thing is, a lot of the games they've been doing lately are games I'm interested in, but haven't been able to play yet. This means that, at first, I'm more interested in the cutscene than the snarky comments going over it. After I've seen the cutscene, though, I can go back and watch it with no problem.

I didn't finish watching the latest episode; I got so frustrated I closed out and watched the intro on Youtube. Has anyone else noticed this?

If you cant laugh at things you like, you better as hell not joke about things other people like.

All in all I dont watch unskippables of games I would like to play/

Well, why should that be a problem? Just go and watch them on Youtube, and then come back and experience the hilarity.

It's just a minor inconvenience when you think about it, it doesn't spoil your enjoyment of the game or the episode.
This, it's what I thought immediately.

I find it helps to watch the actual video before hand, but it's not a big problem.

Huh. Couldn't you have posted this in the comments section or something? Not sure where the discussion is gonna sprout from this.

That only really happened to me with Darksiders.

Never realized it however. Just do what Furburt said.

Had the exact same situation, but its easily solved by going to youtube, watching the trailer properly and then returning to the merriment!

I watch the ones about the games I've actually played. I'm more likely to laugh at the jokes.

I don't really see how that can be helped. Darksiders came out almost a month ago, and AC2 came out in december. I'd say there was a decent enough amount of time to at least see the intro. it's not as if they're spoiling endings.

Just step back and realize it's all in good fun and you could find yourself laughing again.

Really?
Even the games i havent played i've been able to get a terrific laugh out of those guys from, and its still very easy to listen to the game's commentary.
The Fun is that you're the one occasionally talking or asking yourself questions during the cutscenes, and they brought it to life. Good show on their part, love em, hope they keep it up.

I kinda understand what you mean, well at least with one game. I cannot watch Dead Rising's intro without laughing to myself, whatever seriousness the game had, is completely gone.

One quick thing...when they do a game, that doesn't mean that the game itself is BAD, but that they thought the cutscene was. This is not a defense of the following game.

Although now, I can't take Eternal Sonata seriously. Have you seen the TOTALLY SERIOUS ending?

Man, I wish Unskippable would do those end credits...

Well, you don't HAVE to watch the episode if you don't want to =/. Wait until you've played said game or seen the original cutscene on youtube and then watch it, it's not like the delay is going to make your hair fall of or your eyes pop out of their sockets? =3

I can't find myself bothered about Unskippable or ZP making fun of things I like. "If you can't laugh at yourself..."

I love it. Mostly because they're games I:
a) Won't ever buy
b) Plan on buying but in the distant future
c) It's just great comedy.
