Anybody who has clicked the button gains the badge, all you need to do is enter a person's profile(I have it, so you can use mine if you wish) and click on the button and you get Bieber all up in your stuff. It gives you the badge as well.

Go to my badge page (here: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/profiles/badges/chromewarriorXIII), scroll all the way to the bottom and click that badge that says "The Red Button." That should fill you in on it.
