The Rock Wants to Do a Black Ops Movie

If this goes into filming it won't turn into another one of those situations where the game is what the movie should have been will it? (i.e. X-men Origins: Wolverine)

I really liked Doom, it was pretty daft, and actually had a story.

And the BFG moment...ooh sir.

Me to, it was sort of meh but the action was good and the 1st person view scene was interesting and considering I never even played Doom I would say it was a least a semi success when it came to me personally. Not to mention the final fight scene when Mr. Rock made himself a steel rod knuckle duster and then Eomer rolls over his shoulders and then flips him over his... not bad.

Surely, given the history of video game movies, a 'Rock' led COD will surely hit screens as an authentic version of 'Duty Calls'. Perhaps with not quite such convincing acting

'I am crying real tears!'
