Today The Shivah [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Shivah] by the independent adventure game designer, Dave Gilbert (no relation to Ron of Monkey Island fame) is available to download for free (usual price $4.99). Apparently it's very good, although I haven't gotten round to playing it yet. I'm sure others will leave their thoughts on the game (please feel free to use this as a general The Shivah discussion thread).
It is at least unique, following the story of a Rabbi turned detective as he attempts to find out the reason why he was mysteriously bequeathed a large sum of money. You can certainly expect an involved plot.
