There have been several times this week when I have been experiencing deja View the feeling that I have seen this programme before. I have been privy to a brand new show which has recently gained huge plaudits in America and stars that bloke who was in Dark City, which in my mind was a hugely under-rated film akin to the Matrix but better.
Anyway I sat down to watch this "new" show, from the title sequence I began to have a wierd psychic episode in which I knew what the writer was thinking, there were more car chases and everyone was younger and prettier and less bald however it niggled at me.
So eventually it began to click, this "new" show so lovingly made by the creaters of CSI was in fact an old british ITV show staring Patrick Stewart and written by Stephen Gallager.
What with this and State of Play opening in the same week is Hollywood so short of ideas its making mini series and old TV shows into series and films. Ones that are only about two or three years old at that....
Oh and because I havent mentioned it the new show is Eleventh Hour!
