Dr Henry Earing worked on a cure for the genetic deafness that was common in his family. Running low on funding he was forced use himself as a test subject. He was cured, but at a terrible cost. Ears suddenly started to appear all over his body! Mocked for his hideous appearance he vowed that he would perfect his cure and have his revenge on those who laughed at him, no matter the cost. Now he's using his perfect 360 degree hearing to pull of the most daring thefts in history.

Users can use sand to regenerate their bodies with the amount used defining the speed of healing

Villians name: the sandman

Themetune: sleeping with one eye open, gripping your pillow tight. Exit light, enter night. Take my hand, off to never never land

total badass ancient arabian guy (think prince of persia). He carries around an hourglass to signify that time is up for his enemies. He can morph himself into the sand and then hide only to pull his enemies to their sandy doom. If he lives in the desert hes basically immortal because there is enough sand to regenerate for several lifetimes

So apparently my nemesis needs to stay humble in order to be able to do anything. Kind of flies in the face of villainy. All I need to do in order to beat him is give him a compliment.

Then again, if he deeply believes he is worse than everyone else, he could use his powers to destroy the world out of jealousy. But if he does that, it wouldn't be very humble.

You know what, I can probably just ignore this guy, he'll defeat himself.

Imp. Freaking. Physiology. Faster and more durable than a regular person, and with a prehensile tail to boot - and the most important thing, animal morphing. Normally this would only be good for for serving beneath a more dangerous villian, but Ezekiel here is clever, and manipulates figures of religious import to get what he wants, feigning servitude and 'informing' on their behalf, while slowly guiding major world religions into a gigantic global war in order to create an environment better suited to his lesser demonic nature.

I'm pretty sure there is no further use for having the powers of an imp.

Power Replication. Either I am the only super-powered being in existence, which means I am worse than useless and my plan will basically hinge upon a lot of bluffing and a good poker face. Or there are an abundance of super-powered beings out there, and I can basically become omnipotent and take over the world however I please. This power is a serious gamble here.

Being able to make ice wherever he goes, he can make escape routes, and can cause anyone following him to veer away from their supposed path. He can also freeze people. He can be tricky, but if you keep your distance and are smart, you can win.

Skeleton Physiology

"User with this ability either is or can transform into an skeleton, a type of physically manifested undead often found in fantasy, horror fiction, and mythical art. Though most are human skeletons, they can also be from any creature or fantasy race found on Earth or in a fantasy world."

He will create an army of emo henchman and sing songs about death and lost.

I got nothing. I mean, being an skeleton may be scary and being immune to pain seems like a good power... but he would be to brittle, to the point a fracture is literally an amputation...

I rolled twice to give myself and the hero a super power I ended up with belief manipulation basically I can make you believe whatever I want so ergo I would conquer earth. The hero of the story ended up with a compassion aura witch the hero can produce an aura that makes people compassionate.

Psammokinetic Creature Creation: The user can generate, shape, and control creatures made of sand. Not bad. Replace world leaders with sand replacements. Word gets out and I have an endless army. And I get every excuse to have my secret base on the beach.

so basically our powers combined. If my villain teamed up with your villain we'd have an amazing team. You could basically regenerate me whilst turning enemies to sand. I dont think theres any way I can manage not to be the sidekick in this deal
