In this game that my father and I just invented, you must take a popular song, and then replace most (or all) of the words or phrases with their synonyms or another phrase with a similar meaning. However, the synonyms you choose must convey (as much as possible) the original sense of the song. They must also be smarter-sounding than the original words. It's hard to explain, so here's an example:
Example: Maggie May- Rod Stewart (changed words in bold)
You led me away from my place of residence, just to rescue you from living in a state of solitude
Oh, Maggie, I couldn't have endeavored... any further!
