So, i study psychology and it really interests me and one thing i have heard about that really piques my interest is the Tetris Effect.
For anyone who doesn't know the tetris effect happens when people devote a lot of time and mental energy into something such as a game (like tetris). This makes them perform this action outside the game, like people who were addicted to tetris, if they saw some boxes lying on the pavement they would feel an urge to stack them like in tetris. Or people who play FPS' alot could sometimes have panic attacks because they did not have a crosshair and were unarmed.
Now, onto the real question, has anyone ever experienced this? It can be anything such as trying to save something you have done well or any of the above examples.
E.G Mine is that i had a mini panic attack after a CoD4 marathon because i realised i was unarmed.
