This thread has one aim and one aim only. I want you to derail this thread in the most humourous way possible, be it a spidey thread, a thomas the tank engine remix thread or whatever. Nothing serious, just post your favourite meme etc. you would like to use as a light-hearted thread derailment if it were allowed.

The topic of the day is- tentacles, yay or nay?

But if I go off topic in a thread that wants you to go off topic, then am I really going off topic? That is the question. None of that to be or not to be crap.

And in answer I'll go off-topic by staying on topic. I find tentacles to be a rather interesting limb style. Octopuses can use them very precisely to open things like jars and stuff. It'd be interesting to see what kind of tools they'd build if they were sapient.

I can imagine them building some sort of landcraft that is capable of taking over the world

I can see it. An octopus just cruisin' around in a corvette the size of one those peddle cars for kids.

...Oh! And wearing aviators too.

Tell him to Divide by 0

Watch the world end by a spectacular implosion.

Wait for the big bang to create a new universe.

Then become the seed for human re-population of a new Earth.

Really?

I'm really hungry for a muffin. Should I get blueberry flavour or maple?
Why not both?

Damn muffins, confusing us with their variety.

I would also suggest cranberry.

OT: Well, it'd still be OT even if it's OT, but then again, what does OT even stand for?

So, I've been thinking of buying a New 3DS, but I'm not so sure about Nintendo's naming scheme...

Ask the Muffin Man. He fought in the Great Pastriotic War, but doesn't talk about his experiences much. I think he was partially cannibalized.

OT: I'd like to hug an alpaca; their necks are well-suited for hugging.

I think I watched the show with the trains once. But I don't really remember if ir was before or after the internet. So, what are your favourite childhood memories?

That show with the tugboats that had faces on. I like tugboats, but oranges are better. Oranges might be my favourite citrus fruit.

Orange tugboats scare me, like ventriloquist dummies. I tried taking that up once, y'know. Ventriloquism. But I just didn't have the voice for it.

Ventriloquists. Derived from Latin from the words Loquor, meaning to speak, and Ventro, meaning the goddamn scariest-ass dolls you're ever going to see in your entire goddamn life.

Speaking of dolls, the Muppets is my favorite show. Especially that green-colored guy. Yeah, I like that green-colored guy.

Tentacles and dresses? That sort of talk wouldn't pass muster at the captain's table!

Did you forget? We're on a boat now.

No but I loved the toaster in Fallout New Vegas's Old World blues dlc. Although my favorite Sink AI was the Biological Research Station for some reason.
