After seeing some of the stuff on the 'Books' thread, I started thinking about the sort of stuff I like to read, and one thing I'm enjoying right now is the Three Worlds Cycle. For those who don't know, this is a series of eleven (so far) books split into two quartets and a trilogy, with a further trilogy planned, set in the fictional world of Santhenar and spreading over roughly 250 years of the world's history.

Thing is, I haven't seen anyone in all the time I've read the series (going back about eight years now, since I started high school) who was also a fan. So, here's a little thread to discuss it. Who else has read this series, and what do they think?

And for discussion among those who haven't read it, what are your favourite series, and what do you like about them?

So apparently nobody on this site, at all, has read this series. Boy, I must read some obscure books then...

Not really, don't go thinking you've found some diamond in the rough. There are reasons why the books are obscure in the first place...

But by that argument, you can say that almost anything that's obscure is no good, when in fact there are fairly often 'diamonds in the rough'. Not getting at you or anything, but by your own logic nothing obscure can be any good, yet surely you've found relatively obscure things (music, books, games, whatever) that have turned out to be pretty good?

Almost half an hour? I'd say that's a reasonable time to wait before expecting at least one reply...
