Oh my god....Brutal legend comes out in less that 2 days....I am shaking with anticipation. I have absolutely hated myself for not being able to secure the games Tim has worked on. I plan on playing all his games and recording it. But after telling this idea to my friend he told me he would love to do it but... I would never be able to do it. Apparently he would be absolutely amazed if i could get a copy of Grim fandango. I also don't know about Full throttle.
Is this true? Will I never be able to play it?

A list of games I will look for.

1. Psychonauts (Got it.)
2. Brutal legend (Tuesday cant come soon enough.Pre-orderd.)
3. Secret of monkey island (Xbox live should provide.)
4. Grim fandango (see above)
5. Full throttle (See above)
6. Day of the tentacle (should be easy. I think I found one on amazon a while ago.)
7. Monkey island 2 ( Not sure how I will get it.)
8. Maniac mansion. (Never heard of it. Earlyes game so it should be difficult.

I hope I see more people attempt this. So can anybody help me find These games?

You can wait for the games from 4-8 to be released in STEAM as part of Lucas Arts old adventure games pack. They said they were going to release their old catalogue, all those games belong to LA so they must end up in Steam sooner or later.

Yeah but then again, I would like to play sooner than later. Plus steam has a hard time running on my computer for some odd reason.

Then you screwed. Most of those games I doubt would work that well in a console without messing alot with the mechanics and controls.(Like they did with the remake of SoMI.) So your only hope to find is in amazon or ebay(and that costs alot), cause those games aren't made anymore.

So don't hope to play them before BL. Unless you.........

Maniac Mansion will be the hardest to get a copy of. I have it on floppy disc but that's only because its like the only game my family had when I was 4 years old. I also have 2 copies of Grim Fandango which I acquired through sheer luck. Most of those games are really very acquirable via sources like Amazon and they should be going on direct download sites soon (GoG was nominated I believe). They may be hard to get to run, though, especially on new computers.

Maybe we could work out a deal for that extra grim Fandango you mentioned. Pm me if you are willing to part with one of them.
