I'd Say Final Fantasy X
Ive Been Through It Many Times, Sold It And Rebought It
I Find The Storyline good and the battle system works great for a FF game
i dont reckon its worse than FF7 personally i think its better in gameplay and storyline
The characters in FF7 are better probaly because many fans thinks so and secretly cloud licks sephiroth ass. My opinion :p

My 2nd Game would be Call Of Duty Modern Warfare
This Decision took me agessss xD i love FPS games left 4 dead is my fave game at the moment, stranglehold, soldier front etc. are fps ive played in the years but COD4 this one has got to be it. everything is spot on =]

It would all come down to what filters I was using to decide. The two most important games would me Sonic 2 and Wolf 3D as they were my first console and PC games respectively.

Yes they're old, and my judgment is probably tainted by nostalgia, but I think that Monkey Island and Crono Trigger are two of the greatest games I've ever played. There are few games that I always enjoy returning to, and both of these qualify.

Duke Nukem as it was amusing and entertaining and Final Fantasy VII as the characters and story were just great

For me, it has to most probably be Call of Duty 4:Modern Warfare and Mass Effect for the 360.

I'd say GODHAND, for its carefree fun of kicking punks to the skies and spanking female enemies to next week and lightheartedly humor. And then there's Persona 4, for it's excellent story, charismatic characters and one of the better soundtracks ever, in my opinion, of course.

Hard to choose. I'd vote Drakengard and Burnout: Paradise though.

Drakengard cus' of the mental storyline and the ability to clear a field of enemies in one combo.

Paradise because of the replay value and online.

Onyx Oblivion

Borderlands Addict. Again.

Oblivion and Gunstar Heroes. And I've been forced to choose by this stupid March Madness contest...

Why two? :p
You're not making it easy... My choices are based on nostaligic feelings towards the games.

Monkey Island 2
CoD 2

Runner-ups:
Bioshock
Baldurs Gate II Dark Alliance (For PS2)
CoD 4
Black&White (For originality)
Psychonauts (For depth, originality and creativity)
KoTOR II

Donkey Kong Country 2: Diddy's Kong Quest
and
Final Fantasy VII

Although Super Smash Bros Melee is a close third.

I would have to say Brave Fencer Musashi, a game for the PS1 that apparently no one but me ever heard of (that choice may be corrupted by nostalgia) and Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Something that should be noted, I DON'T CARE ABOUT GRAPHICS. I would take a stick figure game over GTA IV as long as the gameplay itself was better. I just never understood why people abandon games for newer ones with better graphics, because, as Yatzee has pointed out on several occasions, sequals suck, and generally ruin the old games.

Prince of Persia the Sands of Time and Portal.
I own Prince of Persia SoT, and have played the flash version of portal, but stopped play PoP SoT around the 80% marker, and never made it very far on portal, for the same reason. Frustration. They are puzzles, which I am not very good at. With some games, you can learn new combos, or train more, or just stock up on ammo or something depending on the game. But puzzles generally only have one combination, which I am not good at finding. Well, prince of Persia I stopped because I got tired of dieing during the fight in the tower.
