At first I was just going to ask "Which type of suffering do you find most unbearable, mental or physical?"
This is a bit too vague of a question though. Obviously the annoyance of sometimes forgetting your keys does not trump having to saw off ones leg with a rusty spoon. Likewise, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder is quite a lot worse than a paper cut.
So what I'm really asking you to do is give a example of a physical and a mental pain and then say whether you think one is worse than the other.
'<<' = Much worse
'<' = slightly worse
'=' = Equal...
For example: "Low Grade OCD > A scab that's taking forever to heal."
or
"Stubbing your toe = Suddenly realizing you've forgotten the name of the person you're talking to."
