So uplay is a shitty service.
Big News i know!, what i never knew was how much shittier a service it would become!. I had Assassins Creed 2 and Far Cry 3 on this service. Bot proved easy to download and update and while it wasn't as good as steam in enriching and simplyfying the experience it was acceptable.
Until Now.
When i bought a new graphics card of nvidia i received Splinter cell blacklist and ac black flag for free and i can say that black flag is just an awesome game. If there were'nt uplay.
Every time this game gets updated uplay just goes insane. I have to restart the service at least three times until it even recognices that it's supposed to be downloading something all while doing that in the exact moment when i want to play the game and don't stare at a download screen! And it doesn't even display the download right! It always tells me that it's going to download the whole game again! Thank god that ubisoft istn't THAT incompetent and it just downloads the update, but it can't be THAT hard to actually tell me the right amount of data your about to download.
I am sorry, this is more of a rant, of being annoyed of not being able to play the game i want to play right now, but i just don't get how corporations think that they will be able to fight against steam without making basic functionality like the download of the game and updates functional and unintrusive.
