Really? I had no idea! I figured all countries kind of worked together (To some extent, at least) in criminal cases. I guess I was just naive.
They do, with respect to foreigners, see for example:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_United_States_extradition_treaties

AFAIK extradition of citizens is a no-go most everywhere, though.
They can also link up like Voltron and fight interstellar bad guys... but Mexico gets the shins.
pointless bump, why would you do that?
Probably because starting a new thread on a similar topic is frowned upon.

I did it for the lulz. I'm... I'm just so goddamn sorry.
you don't bump or create a new thread, both are frowned upon, you just missed an opportunity to voice your opinion, thats it. done.
Why do I keep hearing "use the search" then? The person who posts obviously has something pertinent to say, and rather than making a whole new thread, they are doing what people tell them. I haven't heard anything about a specific timeframe in which a post can be made.

I didn't realize this was a bumped thread when I replied, but the easiest thing to do if bumped threads bother you is not to read them.

Oh Valve you crafty kids, you proved hackers are catchable (somewhat)
Actually they pulled a Mission Impossible. Remember that white blond antagonist who's after the NOC list? And when he got freed from capture that the "enemy was re-assured he's uncatchable"?

That's what happened just now.

Hey, I wasn't talking to you, you didn't bump the damn thread. All you need is a good dose of the welcome speech.

Welcome! Welcome to Escapistmagazine.com! You have chosen, or been chosen, to relocate to one of our finest remaining Internet Utopias. I thought so much of Escapistmagazine.com, that I elected to establish my administration, here, in the Forums, so thoughtfully provided by our Moderators. I am proud to call Escapistmagazine.com my home. And so, whether you are here to stay, or passing through to parts unknown, welcome, to City Seventee- err, I mean Escapistmagazine.com. It's safer here.

The new member welcoming paragraph welcomes thee.
Well, I'm the one who replied. Forums are a place for conversations, right? And I was lurking for long enough before I joined to know the spiel, but thanks anyways.

Look man, you can either reply to my original post to you or not. It makes no difference to me, I don't go looking for threads to bump from years ago, but I have seen enough of "use the search feature" from people to make a comment about it. Knowing where you are getting these rules of etiquette from would be helpful.
