In terms of being a likable guy, it'd probably CGR's Mark. My problem with him is, quite frankly, he's a very bad reviewer. People always talk about how good it is that he focuses on the good of things - Personally, I don't get how that reflects well on him as a critic. He's a reviewer who often gives the impression that he sets his standards extremely low, and if every game developer in the world attempted to make their games to Mark's liking, we'd be living in a piss-poor generation of games.
I don't think the appeal of Mark lies in the fact that he only says good things about games but moreso that he just seems like a guy who loves games in general. In his review of "Burn Zombie Burn" he's asked if he likes every game ever made and his response is that he just enjoys playing video games. In an age where reviewers are doing their best by shoving "attitude" down our throats from the overly cynical and angry Razor Fist to Jim Sterlings butting sarcasm and Angry Joe delivering rants and standing on soapboxes demanding better treatment, it's great to see a guy who just plays for fun and highlights more the experience the game brings than its individual parts. Even Yahtzee is guilty of this over cynicism where you can't even tell if he likes a game or not. He'll downright bash a game for the sake of comedy then go and say that it was the best made in the year it's happened with Uncharted 2 and it happened with RDR.

I really don't think Mark has low standards, it's more about he understands each game's target audience and does his best to enjoy the game. A lot of his reviews on kids' game show this where he's highlighting the flaws but scales his opinions back and reminds people that it was made for kids.

While I'll be the first to skewer the vast majority of Team That Guy with the Glasses for their exceptional lack of comedic talent and charisma, I must admit I do like Angry Joe as a reviewer. Very seldom does any of his comedy turn out funny, but from what I've seen of him, he understands games.
