Well, drinking purified water for 19 years and being clean might have helped...
It doesn't matter if you grow up in the vault! If you contaminate the water, if you have Broken Steel installed the water that results from it can and will kill you if you drink too much of it.
Hmm.
I really need to get Broken Steel...

yes, yes you do.
Believe me, as a big fallout fan I can tell you, it's one of the best things with the entire game.

In Fallout 3

When Eden asks me to put the virus that kills all people with a mutation into Project Purity. It baffled me, because no one with any sense of Self-Preservation, good or evil, would take this choice. Because you aren't pure, you also have some form of mutation, so this would kill you as well. It is stupid, and I told him it was stupid. Then he exploded and took the entire Enclave base with him.

Definitely a "wait, what?" moment.
Uhm...no.
since the main character grew up in the vault he has only recently been exposed to the contamination and he does not have enough of it for him to die.
btw, I was evil and in my play-through, eden didn't blow himself up and I made the girl go into the irradiated chamber while I sabotaged it with the virus.

OT: Most of the things in the Ratchet and Clank games and also the ending of Shadow of the colossus
sooooo, it worked with the whole, resurrection thing but now the spanish inquisition or something like it is here (and it took them several hours for some reason) and they want to protect the holy stuff (is it the ghost/light or the statues?) from evil (ghost/light and guy). And were the statues guarding so that the ghost/light couldn't get out or were they him broken into several bits by the spanish inquisition to seal him?
Also, after the hero absorbed the "essence" of the ghost/light he is transformed into it's true form? and what the hell was that well? why didn't you just trap him there in the first place instead of locking down this huge place?
and is the baby the main character or the ghost/light or a combination, because if there is any of the main character there...it means that his mother is his lover.
Um yes, in the new DLC if you drink the water and you put the toxin in you die after a few drinks. Case closed.

I would say pretty much all of dead space. Or online on MW2 and Tf2, so many adrenaline fueled moments where i have no idea whats going on.

Hermes turned into a swarm of bugs when he died. What the hell, was it symbolism? Then of course there's the ending, someone going on about "hope" and all that. I didn't think they let girls in the God of War writing staff.
Everybody knows that hope is for pussies and that it really was a macho fight all along.

One of my biggest wait? what? was playing command and conquer 4.

One based on a bug, RDR theres a random bug that sometimes coaches and stuff can spawn like 100 feet in the air and then they'll go crashing down. When this happens to you its a total wait? wha? moment.

I get that alot when i stop following the plot. The other day i was playing RDR and my horse just died(from heat exhaustion) it was strange and a Wait, what.
Mate, that is not heat exhaustion so far I know. Mines randomly died in the night after I mounted it, I didn't even jammed the sprint button twice and it died horribly on me.

Only logicial conclusions: A glitch or snakes.

Yes, there I said it, my horses always die when they are near snakes. Once more horse kissed the surface so badly. So I backtraced it to where it began crashing and I found a snake. Apparently their bite one-shot-kills the poor animals.
Indeed they do - the rattlesnake noise you get when they're in the are, plus the fact your horse freaks out when they're around, sort of gives their presence away. It took me a while to work out why my horse kept dying underneath me, usually dumping me into a couple of cougars.

And the zerg rushes made of bears in the northern part of the map that is a wait what moment right there too.
Gotta love the bear army! It's just odd how it goes from there being none to every square inch of land being covered in bear in the space of 2 seconds.
3 bears killed in a single dead eye - that was a good moment.

GMan easter eggs in Half-Life 2 games.

Today I was play Episode 2 where you're ambushed at the abandoned town, but before the spot you're ambushed you see GMan walking between the houses.

Or when playing an awesome mod, Portal Prelude. In the end you have to find a portal gun, so you end up having to go back toa window where you had to give it up. In the room, if you look out the window, you see GMan walk down the hall.

Again in Prelude, after you finish Test Chamber 19 and enter the lobby, GMan is walking on the balcony.

I was on Two Worlds and found a little house on some hillside, so I walked in it and found a bear. What the fuck indeed.

Knights of the Old Republic's plot twist.

If you played the game, you know what I'm talking about. (if you haven't played the game FIX THAT)

probably one of the moral choices in operation pitt on fallout.i had the option to steal someones baby and shove needles in it or condemn a bunch of slaves to inevitable death.they both seem bad.also not being able to get my stuff back after winning the arena in pitt.i havent even looked at the game since operation pitt robbed me of all my weapons and armor.
What? There was a footlocker with all your stuff in it right in front of you when you beat the arena.
Also, I thought the whole point of The Pitt was that you don't know what is right or wrong, everything is grey. You have to decide what will be better in the long run, and be prepared to make sacrifices.
after i beat the arena it led me to a path of floor in the foundry that was just that,a patch of floor. my stuff was nowhere to be found. i even went on the floor above me and checked. my shit was gone.i think think the expansions are just buggy.

Great movie though. You think it's this funky thriller, turns out, it's a vamp film with crotch guns. Oh the fun I had when I cajoled my parentals into watching it.

Pretty much anytime my sims game does something funky.

I think I am going to go with the Bearpocalypse in the north of RDR. Anyone who has spent time in Tall Trees knows what I am talking about.

Also (GoW 3 SPOILERS!) Kratos beating the crap out of Zeus with hope at the end of GoW 3. All I could think of was Ma-ti punching the Nostalgia Critic. HEART! I was yelling it the whole beatdown scene.

Bad Company 2's campaign. All of it. Shouldn't have happened. Fun game, but why the hell are they still in the military? I seem to recall at the end of BC1 Preston and Co. trucking away with a couple tons of solid gold.

Where the hell did that go?
