I've never played any Touhou games. I know about three things about the game series. Firstly, it is a bullet hell in which all the charatchers are girls, secondly "U.N. Owen was her?" is a song from the game, and lastly, Flandre is supposed to be insane. The pictured one, is Flandre.

And my desktop is a mess. I do music production so that's where most of it comes from. Also to the people with the sidebar that has your computer stats on it, you really don't need that unless you're troubleshooting or bench marking, otherwise it just takes up a good chunk resources.

I did some research a while back but noone knows where it's from. It COULD be by Bill Watterson himself, but it could just as well be fanart by someone very talented. Noone has stepped forward and claimed it.
