The WAR trial!

I went to the European WAR site and followed all the instructions to get a trial account. However, I can't log in because the client refuses to accept my username and password. I can log in to the site using the same info, so what am I doing wrong here?

How long was the time period between signing up and trying to play? It might be a long delay between verifying the account for the website and verifying the account to be eligable for downloading. That's just a guess mind, I have no idea how it works.

I tried 5 minutes after I verified the account and again an hour later, same result both times. I tried it just before posting this reply and it still didn't work. I've tried changing email and password, still doesn't work. I even tried making a second trial account, no dice.

Oh, and I downloaded the client before I made the account.
