"Uh... Yeah." Rosa said, still alittle concerned. "We should get the wood before nightfall, whenever that is."
Jack pushed himself off the ground, glaring at Ivan's back side. "Bastard" he muttured to himself. Could find a way to lower the power setting on my projector, cook him nice and slow. Jack pushed the thought out of his mind out. Better not to plan the murder of another survivor.
Dan stepped forward and pressed a button on his helmet,
"burning capability." he said aloud.
A few targets lit up red. They were all plants. He pulled out his knife and walked over to one of the red trees and sung into it at full strength. He grunted as the tree fell to the ground. He lifted it and hung it over his houlder.
He turned back to the Rosa and boris, "how's this?" he asked.

Rosa was sweating when Dan plunged the knife into the tree. "C-Could you warn me before you do that?" She said, terrorfied.
Jack returned to the tree where he had stashed his gear. He picked up his backpack and projector. He glanced around the area. "Hey Alex!" he called out, "I'm going to do a bit of scouting." Jack checked the charge on his projector. 50% power, good enough for about an hour of scouting.
"the headaches back. It isn't usually this quick." he explained, "I should be ok. How are you feeling? You seem tense." he gave her a reassuring smile.
"Uhhh... N-No... I'm just always like this." Rosa said to Dan, greturning the smile, weakly. She looked at Boris. "Good! let's go back to the others then."
