Boris touched Rosa's shoulder and showed a huge grin. "Don't worry you are among friends."

Rosa was still shaking. "I-I know..."

"Jack wait up I'll join you!" Alex yelled as he ran to catch up.

"Great. Have you got weapon on you, just incase we meet another animal that has taste for us."

"D-Does anyone have a spare gun or anything... I-I'd much rather prefer a gun than a k-kknife..." Rosa said, still shaking, knowing that everyone around her now had a knife.

"That is a good idea" Boris said to Ivan "Equal access to the land and the sea will keep us going for quite a while."

In the long run we have some large planning errors on the part of our survivors here.
Also, Boris doesn't have a knife.

"I might have a solution to that. While me and Alex were out scouting we found a river. It might lead us closer to the coast or a lake of some sort. With any luck it might lead us to a safer heaven."

"U-Uhhh... Hello? D-Does anyone have an extra gun or something?" Rosa said, getting even more nervous that no one had answered her, somehow assuming this meant they didn't want to arm her.

"Oh, right, sorry." Jack pulled out his old M16 passing it to Rosa.

Rosa caught the gun and held it to her chest with both arms, like a child. she was still shivering, but not as much since someone had armed her, reassuringg her. "Th-Thanks..."

 

[Dark42]

"The river will solve our water problem, but the water will also attract other creatures. Also I think our ship landed on a game trial, judging by the tracks here. That might be the reason the spider thing attacked us. I think we might want to move our base to somewhere else. Anyone else have any outdoor experience?"

Ross nodded. "I-I have a bit for runnin from the wave for s-so long..."

"Picked up a far bit while I was in the army and during the time I was running from the wave. Don't know how well it works to an alien world."

Boris tried to calm Rosa down a little. "Rosa, you need to be calming down. We've escaped the wave. Try to be feeling relief."

"I-I'm trying... I-It's just... S-So many knives..." Rosa made a small whining noise and shook even more, cradling the gun closer to her.

"All right well I'm going to try and scout out a new camp would anyone care to join me?"

"Nah. I'm going to try and get some sleep. Hopefuly without any nightmares."
