I haven't heard much of the other suggestions, but I think this one takes the cake. I have yet to hear something wierder, in any case.
The title is danish and translates to "Freshly Hacked Music Education", by the way.

I don't know if there really is any definitive weirdest, but here's a few gems:

Throbbing Gristle - Hamburger Lady

SPK - SLOGAN

K. Stockhausen - Gesang der Junglinge

The Residents sure are pretty strange.

Edit: Oh, and FYI, they aren't nazis or KKK or anything like that, they're just artists with a bizarre sense of humour.
Agreed! I can't believe more people haven't mentioned these guys.
I know they're just opinions, but System of a Down? Tool? Manson? Surely this can't be the strangest music you've heard.
I've seen all of those bands and The Residents live, and The Residents are by far the weirdest act, and the only concert where I walked away a little scared.

Koenjihyakkei - Angherr Shisspa

Not even close to the weirdest, but the weirdest 'good' music that I can find on youtube.

Guernica, Kahonda Style, Zbigniew Karkowski & Daniel Menche, Oidupaa Vladimir Oiun, Eric Ostrowski, Yamasuki, Hild Sofie Tafjord, Charming Hostess

Oddly enough, this is becoming the thread with the best music on the Escapist: Faust, Can, Gorguts, the Residents, Throbbing Gristle, Current 93, and the Incredible String Band.

Wow, so you've actually seen them live. That is just awesome. I hear they put on a really good show.
I think people aren't mentioning them just because they don't even know they exist. I mean, they are pretty obscure.

Probably Whitehouse. I don't know what it is, they call it power noise.

*video snip*

Either that, or the Hello Kitty Suicide Club.

Gah, it's like someone trying to play Napalm Death on Doom!
Jesus FUCKIN' Christ, man. That Whitehouse...What the fuck IS that?

And that Hello Kitty Suicide Club, woah. If only it was evening, I'd be scared that some fucker might jump me from somewhere, screaming like that. That sure was weird. And deafening.

Revolution 9 by the Beatles.

This. So much this. I haven't really stumbled upon that many weird music and/or bands, but man, I love to hate Revolution 9. We have a kind of in-joke with a classmate of mine who's a Beatles fan, and he says it's the "one Beatles song he doesn't like".

Oh, oh! I have one song!

I HATE this song, through and through. It's weird as fuck, and creepy as fuck.

Well 80ies Industrial is relly odd, I mean you already have some of it in this thread, like Current 83 or Throbbing gristle, other then that: Grindcore, Porngrind, etc are all genres who would fit in here nicely ;)

Listen to the whole Einstein on the Beach by Phillip Glass. It will blow your minds. (WATCH THE WHOLE MOVIE, not just the youtube bit called "Einstein on the Beach")

Probably Mr. Krinkle by Primus, although that may just be because the music video scared the hell out of me when I was younger.

This: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N8F5YSA1Oz0 - It's like the Jonas Brothers, Slipknot and Cher had twins.

EDIT: sorry, just saw this shitstorm has already been posted so I'll recommend another: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6G1uEPtumI0
