I searched, and the only other variation of this game was posted in July and had no replies. So I'm truly sorry if this is a game that's already been posted but under a different name. Mods, shut me down if that's so.
But if not...
The Werewolf Game is a game of lying, bluffery, and second-guessing. We will need ten(ish) players, of which:
2/3 will be WEREWOLVES.
1 will be a SEER.
The rest being plain old VILLAGERS.
Now, the villagers are trying to figure out who the werewolves are (they are disguised as humans, you see), whilst the werewolves are trying to brutally murder the rest of the villagers. This is done through two phases:
NIGHT PHASE
The werewolves choose one villager to kill during the night.
DAY PHASE
The villagers vote to lynch one person in their group, at which point they are told whether they lynched a werewolf or an innocent.
Simple, eh? Few rules though:
1. I will PM Werewolves to tell them that they're werewolves, the Seer to tell them there a seer etc etc. KEEP THIS A SECRET PLEASE. I can't control what happens over PMs or instant messengers but try to keep the spirit of the game alive, kay?
2. If you're dead, you can only post in the topic during the NIGHT phase. Pretend your a ghost.
3. ANYTHING GOES IN THIS TOPIC HERE, unless you're breaking rule one. You can bluff, lie, admit your werewoliness, etc.
4. The WERWOLVES win if they're number equals that of the villagers (ie, two werewolves, two villagers). The VILLAGERS win if they kill both/all of the werewolves.
5. The SEER has a special role. During the night phase, he can PM me and ask me "Is [insert name] a werewolf?" to which I'll give an honest answer. The Seer can reveal his identity to whomever he wants, in this topic or over PM, but remember that if the werewolves figure out who the Seer is its probably not going to end well.

Ten people minimum, although I'll allow more if popularity demands. Make sure your active as well, games can be very long or short depending on circumstances.
