Mine is just the last boss in that game. I never beat him and I only rented the game, so I probably never will. I tried youtube videos for help, gamefaqs, used all the different weapons and still no luck. I never felt like such a lame gamer in my life. I wanted to crawl into a hole.

i dont know about you, but they made the final battle a complete pain in the ass

aliens from fallout 3: mothership zeta
50 point blank shots to the head with an alien disintegrator while he zaps you with his pistol every 5 seconds is enough to ruin this dlc

anyway, enchanted arms, Professor Kou. try facing him with 3 good characters and the rest have no vp. that or the Star Ocean: TLH phantom multi-ambush. i hated them, so much.

Wallmasters from The Legend of Zelda. You're just walking along, minding your own business, when suddenly, a giant zombified hand drops from the ceiling and drags you off into the darkness. Creepy, and even with the the shadow trick, I never see it coming.

super soldiers from Prototype. At first, I thought they were a really cool new enemy to face, but then they just devolved into a major annoyance whilst i try to fight the hunters.

wouldn't the worst enemy be one that was just no fun to kill? one that made it feel like a chore rather than a game?

in that vein, the boomer from L4D & the brutes from Halo 2... they just took so much damage it was boring.
