What is that?
It's called a RAPEX.
Women in Africa use it to prevent rape.
It works like a parking lot spike strip; you can roll in, but DON'T ROLL OUT.
There is teeth in it, so pulling out would just result in immense amounts of pain.

Why don't you guys post other ungodly inventions and tell us what it does?

That's actually a pretty good idea, except they should have the teeth pointing the other way so that insertion causes an immense amount of pain.

Ever hear of gang rape? Happens more often then a single rapist attacking a woman in South Africa. So, if a woman was raped by a gang, she may be spared. Now if she wore the Rapex, how do you think those thugs would feel about her shredding one of their buddy's dick? I can imagine the poor woman being in un-describable pain soon after. And killed in the worst fashion possible. Rapex was made with a good idea and intention in mind(Fucking the rapist over) but sadly, it would just make the woman subject to a hellish "punishment" for wearing it. So, in a nutshell, the Rapex is really a horrible invention.

EDIT: Also, if a guy had his dick shredded, I see 1 of 2 things happening:
1) Guy passes out, girl calls cops. Rapex worked.
2) Guy is enraged, brutalizes and kills girl. Rapex worked again, prevented rape but caused a murder.
