Okay folks,
So I have been on a mission lately. A mission to see all the great films of the one and only Ah'nold. Recently I've been through the classics Kindergarten Cop, Commando, and the ever-great Predator.

Long have I been an advocate for the movie that has cringe factor [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_2]. Movies so terrible [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josh_Kirby_Time_Warrior] that they become hilarious. In recent years I have noticed that movies of a certain calibre are no longer present. Movies where the plot is so ludicrous and the acting so bad that you need to see it just to experience the horror.

I hate to be one to create a thread of "back in the day" but here I go. Man, back in the day, movies used to bad. I don't mean bad by today's standards. Bad comedies of today's standards are terrible enough to be hilarious because of it. Movies today are trying to hard to be ridiculous and in so doing are not ridiculous enough. Movies have actors that can kind of act, taking away from the hilarity of a B movie.

So what I ask is: What happened to the B Movie? What happened to stuff like Junior and Josh Kirby? What happened to horrible sci-fi like Epoch?
If you haven't seen any of the Josh Kirby movies I suggest you do. They are possibly worse than Troll 2 (I have seen both).

Does anyone else think that "There is no bathroom!" would be a great title for a survival horror game?

I haven't seen many high concept exploitation films on YouTube. The closest movie in recent years, that I can think of, is Grindhouse.

I think they've been there under the "movies" section for a while now.

I actually thought this was going to be one of those "Escape the room" type games.

naked guns, you will be missed. Thats how comedies used to parody life, not like this "epic movie, or meet the spartans" garbage. They were prime b-list comedies.

Or something MS Paint Adventures inspired.

You know what? I want to do this.

Well there's always independent film makers (sometimes) and Owe Boll or however you spell his name...

There's a difference between a movie that's just kind of campy, and a bad movie. Uve Boll makes bad movies.

Hmm... maybe Mark Johnson's Ghost Rider straddles that line. That movie, although intentionally bad (I mean, Nicolas Cage), was also unintentionally bad (or maybe they just over did the intentional badness), and just became an entertaining spectacle.

It shouldn't have to be the case that they are removed from mainstream cinema.

Exactly man. For me, at least I can look forward to Ah'nold's return from being the governator and hopefully making so kickass b-list movie about... I dunno a stolen identity?

Unfortunately Uwe Boll's films are still at the level of terribleness that they remain terrible instead of becoming funny.
Which isn't to say he's not a joke.

Please do and I will beta!
OT (since I didn't seem to contribute at all in my last post): You could always try Bollywood for those cringe worthy and unintentionally hilarious movies

I think it's still out there, but since many people are trying their hands at making stuff, there's just more crap to sift through. On that note, if you have access to Hulu, try watching this gem. Shira-The Vampire Samurai. Sheer badtacularness.

I'm not quite sure what you want. If you're asking where all the "so-bad-it's-good" movies went, most of those died out, or can be found on SciFi at odd times of the night.

If you're just asking where the quality B-films went, no idea.
